Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through Wildlife Stays Corbett Treff Resort. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking as per the applicable terms and conditions.

  • 61 days or more before travel date: 100% refund of the amount received.
  • 60 to 41 days before travel date: 20% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance amount will be refunded.
  • 40 to 31 days before travel date: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance amount will be refunded.
  • 30 days or less before travel date: 100% of the total package cost will be deducted. No refund will be applicable.
Note: While the above is our standard policy, specific promotional rates or peak-season bookings may have different terms. Always refer to your confirmation voucher for the exact details applicable to your specific booking."

Refund Policy

Any eligible refund due towards Wildlife Stays will be processed within 45 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the same bank account or payment method through which the payment was originally made.

How to Cancel a Booking

Bookings can be cancelled as per the terms mentioned in the confirmation voucher issued at the time of booking.

The cancellation and refund policy stated in the confirmation voucher shall be final and binding.

If a booking is marked as non-refundable, no refund will be provided. No compensation shall be payable by Wildlife Stays for cancelled bookings.

Legal Issues

In case of any dispute, jurisdiction shall be limited exclusively to Nainital High Court.
